Lori Wolf has an M.A. in English from California State University, Northridge and a TESL certificate from University of California, Santa Barbara Extension. Her poetry and short stories have appeared in several journals, such as Sepia, Blue Unicorn, and Collages and Bricolages. In addition to PARROT ON A LIMB, she is also the author of GOTHIC DOO-WOP. She teaches English and ESL at Los Angeles Pierce College and Moorpark College.
A voracious reader, Lori has many interests, among them watching movies, playing the guitar, taking pictures, gardening, scrapbooking, horseback riding, swimming, hiking, and doing Pilates. She lives in southern California, with her two mischievous dogs and her out-of-control number of books. Currently, she serves as corresponding secretary for the Los Angeles chapter of Sisters in Crime.
The next installment of the Quinn McKay series is currently "making the rounds." Stay tuned for further developments. She is also working on a new amateur-sleuth series.
