Alyson Kay
Alyson Kay is a self-taught graphic designer, writer, speaker and humorist in the Los Angeles area.
After experiencing life as an adventurer, character voice-over actor, ad executive and copywriter, even set decorator, she found her way back to her true talents as an artist and established her graphic design business. This enabled her to best utilize her creativity, art and writing skills for the benefit of her many clients for over 20 years.
Alyson's greatest adventure however, was her spiritual journey out of a childhood of chaos which she candidly recounts and illustrates in her first book Fresh Out of Hell: Escaping the Negative Influences of Toxic Parenting. With this work, Alyson hopes to help others from similar circumstances to recognize and overcome their complexities to be able to fully live the life they were meant to live.
Alyson is currently working on her second book entitled Seven Ways to Silence Your Inner Critic which she hopes to complete by the end of the year.
